Information Systems and Leadership Consulting InfoSENTRY Services provides high-quality information systems (IS) consulting services to K-12 and higher education institutions. Its focus is to provide these institutions with IS project management, project risk management, quality assurance, independent systems testing, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, systems security, and disaster recovery/business continuity consulting on a customized, affordable basis. InfoSENTRY Services knows fully that one size of financial system, student information system, emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, and business continuity approach does not fit all education institutions. We provide an independent, third-party perspective to our education clients and programs as they embark on critical systems implementations and upgrades. While software vendors and implementation vendors often consider a project a success when they close the sale a the project’s beginning, InfoSENTRY works from the very beginning of the project (such as preparing the business case and the detailed requirements analysis) to the project’s later stages (such as administering the user acceptance testing) as an advocate for the client’s interest. InfoSENTRY provides the services of Certified Quality Auditors, Certified Software Project Managers, Certified Business Continuity Professionals, Certified Business Resilience Auditors, and ISO Internal Auditors to educational institutions as they work to implement, maintain, and secure their critical financial and student systems. We conduct our engagements according to industry-standard guidelines, such as those published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the National Institute of Standards and Testing (NIST), the International Standards Organization (ISO), and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
